Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Cook died at 7 o'clock Sunday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bert Wood, 812 Sledge Street.
Mrs. Cook was born in the western portion of Harrison County near Harleton, January 25, 1871 and has lived all of her life in Harrison County.
She is survived by six children: Mrs. Bert Wood, Marshall, Mrs. George Wood, Jefferson; Miss Annie Lou Cook, Marshall; Her mother, Mrs. M. L. Jnoes, Marshall; brothers, S. P. Jones, Marshall; Dr. D. W. Jones, Dallas; J. T. Jones and J. A. Jones, Harleton; and Monroe Jones, Palestine; and two sisters, Mrs. Fred Ruggles and Mrs. F. A. Hughes, Harleton.
The body was taken to Harleton Monday morning and interred in the family plot.
