Dr Conrad was a no nonsense woman, but a very caring and compassionate individual. She was always so supportive of new mothers and their questions. She always told you the truth and never minced words, but always gave out postive thoughts. I feel honored to have known her for the many years that I did. There are probably thousands of people in the Winston-Salem and surrounding areas that had Dr Elizabeth Conrad as their first doctor.
