Mr. Conour was born Nov. 24, 1925, in Olney, the son of Harry and Maude (Sheperd) Conour. He married Theo Schonert.
He was retired from retail sales at Sears and was a member of the United Methodist Church in Robinson. He was also a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife Theo; 2 sons, James Conour, Ocala, Fla.; Larry Conour, Palestine; a brother, William Conour, Olney; 2 sisters, Betty Hazel, Chedan; Beulah Blickensderfer, Decatur; and 6 grandchildren.
