Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Phillip A.; daughters Debra M. of San Clemente, Calif., and Karen D. Pruim of Homer Glen, Ill.; sons Daniel A. of Grafton, Mass., and David A. of Phoenix; and six grandchildren.
