Tribble Conger Alexander, 86, of Amarillo died Friday, Dec. 21, 2007.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in South Georgia Baptist Church with Bob Miller, her beloved pastor, officiating. Burial will be private in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St.
Tribble was born Dec. 12, 1921, and was a 1940 graduate of Amarillo High School. She was a veteran of World War II. Tribble loved God, Texas and the Dallas Cowboys.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Walter Alexander.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the nurses and doctors at the Thomas E. Creek Veterans Hospital for their compassionate care during the last weeks of her life. God bless you all.
Survivors include her two children, Elaine Alexander and Paul Alexander; three grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be this afternoon until 8 p.m., and Sunday 12:30 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
