He graduated from Brooksville Grammar School, and for several years helped his parents at their restaurant on Caterpillar Hill in Sedgwick. For many years he lived with his brother James and his wife in Paramus, N.J. In the summers he handpicked, delivered and sold blueberries from the family farm. He was a member of Governor Brooks Lodge of Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Brooksville United Methodist Church.
Charles was predeceased by his father, mother; and brother, James S. Condon. He will be missed by many cousins and friends, including special friends. Francis "Gig" Lymburner, Patricia Henry, Elizabeth Clifford and Rose Upton and her family.
