99, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on January 19, 2009. Cecil M. Colson was born in Cornish, OK to William M. & Mary Dickson Colson. He was married to Opal Colson who preceded him in death in 1984. They moved to Phoenix in 1982. Cecil was a Boilermaker of Local # 627 in Phoenix for many years. Cecil is survived by his loving children Cecil Dean, Keith Colson, & Sally Curtis. Two sisters, Sally Jo Wallace & Doll Conrad. One brother, Ted Colson. 9 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, & 6 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Phoenix Memorial Mortuary Chapel, 200 West Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ, 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., Friday, January 23, 2009. Graveside services will follow at 10:00 A.M. at Phoenix Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley or donors special charity.
