Edgerton - Mrs. Rose Bliven, 61, died in her home here Friday, following four months illness. She had always lived on farms near Edgerton and Milton, and had resided in the city for the past 12 years.
Mrs. Bliven was born in Milton Aug. 10, 1866. She married Anson Bliven in Albion, July 4, 1886, and he survives.
Other survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Walter Day, Chicago, Mrs. George McCulloch and Mrs. Edwin Morse, Milton Junction, and Mrs. G. N. Barsness, Edgerton; two sons, Harold and Wayland Bliven, both of Waukesha; two brothers, Charles Collins, Janesville, and Frank Collins, Rockford, and a step-mother, Mrs. Milo Collins, Edgerton.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the home, with the Rev. R. J. Bailey of the Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in the Fassett cemetery. For many years Mrs. Bliven was a member of the Seventh Day Baptist church.
