Wandalee Elaine (Collins) Bosma was born on Sunday; November 21, 1937 in Hunter; Cass County, North Dakota. She was the daughter of: Earl and Bertha (Thofson) Collins. Wandalee attended school in Freeborn; Freeborn County, Minnesota and graduated from Albert Lea High School. After attending Hamilton Business College in Mason City; Cerro Gordo County, Iowa. Wanda was employed at Wilson Foods in Albert Lea; Freeborn County, Minnesota. She was united in marriage to Richard Bosma on Sunday; April 5, 1959 at the East Freeborn Lutheran Church near Albert Lea, Minnesota. This union was blessed with three children: Ronnie, Patti and Jay. Richard and Wanda have been farming in the Buffalo Center; Winnebago County, Iowa area. Wanda enjoyed her church activities and cake decorating. Wandalee Elaine (Collins) Bosma, age: 47, passed away at her home in Buffalo Center, Iowa on Wednesday; September 18, 1985. Those left to mourn her passing are: Her husband: Richard; her children: Mrs. Stacy (Patti) Johnson of Mankato; Blue Earth County, Minnesota; her sons: Ronnie and Jay, both of Buffalo Center, Iowa; her father: Earl Collins of Geneva; Freeborn County, Minnesota, her one sister: Mrs. Truman (Barbara) Thrond of Albert Lea, Minnesota and many other relatives and friends. Wanda was preceded in death by her
mother: Bertha Collins. May she rest in peace. May God bless her memory and give strength to those that mourn.
There is no visitation. Funeral services will begin at: 1:30 p.m. on Saturday; September 21, 1985 at the First Reformed Church in Buffalo Center with the Reverend William Peake officiating.
