Jackson "JACK" was the son of
Thomas C. Collins and Mary Marie-Lay COLLINS

Brother of:Thomas jr, James, Aaron, William, Roy, Matt, Albert (who murdered his brother Tom jr.), Panzy, Polly, Maggie.

Husband of: 1st wife Loretta, who is the mother of his 4 children. And 2nd wife Gladis..He and Gladis never had children.

Father of Rancy, Vancy, Teresa, Lisa Collins All of Kokomo.

Grandfather of 10.

Uncle of 27.

Uncle Jack was named after his grandpa Jackson Collins who was from Corbin Kentucky area.

Uncle Jack was born in the hills of Corbin,Kentucky. He lived there for about 18+ years. Then his parents decided to leave the hills and head north to Indiana. The main reason was his dad ( my grandpa) was gut shot by his wife's uncle( Ben Egner) and grandpa said if he lived through it he was leaving them hills and their ways.

Uncle Jack meet Loretta and married her back in 1953, then their youngon' started coming( Rancy, Vancy, Teresa,Lisa). All were red head's just like their mommy.

Uncle Jack and Aunt Loretta divorced about 10 years after they married. Over something his wife had done. She stayed in Kokomo, and Uncle Jack moved back down to Danville area.

He was some what like my dad, kind of a loner. When ever I was up north visiting my mother I would stop in and say hey to Uncle Jack checking in on him.

He was a true Collins..He could tell some tall

Rest in peace my uncle.

In the Danville Cementery Uncle Jack is buried at My dad's army foot stone. and beside Uncle Jack is his brother Uncle William. Uncle William is at their mom's feet. And beside her to the north is my dad Tom Jr. and to the south is grandpa, and to the south of grandpa is Uncle James. Now west of grandpa 3 rows is Aunt Polly. They are all right there together. Uncle Jack still does not have a head stone.
