Ann had brothers Thomas & George and a sister Hanna.

Old Aunty Coles, of Wiconisco, widow of George Coles, passed to the realms beyond on the night of St. Valentine's day. She was afflicted with pneumonia, and the ravages of the dreded disease were too much. She was born in Monmothshire, Wales, Jan 20, 1815 and came to America more than a quarter century ago, finally locating in Wiconisco. The funeral took place on Sunday afternoon in Wiconisco cemetery, where Rev. T. W. Rowbottom officiated. J.S. Reiff was funeral director. The children suriving her are William, of Pittsburg; Thomas and George, and Mrs. Hannah Vaughn, of Easton, all being present at the funeral. Geo. W. Coles, Esq, of Carlisle, a nephew, was also present. - obituary
