Welds Hamlin Coggins, 75, of 1900 Shelby Court died Saturday at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center.
The service will be 4 p.m. Monday at Culley & Sons Guardian Chapel, with burial in Roselawn Cemetery.
A lifelong resident of Leon County, he was the retired owner and operator of Coggins Cleaners and Sno-White Laundry and Dry Cleaners, and a member of Faith Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Coggins of Tallahassee and James Coggins of Havana; a sister, Clyde Dabney of Casselberry; a brother, Malcolm Golden of Orlando; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
