She was a survivor of two previous battles with cancer and never gave up her positive attitude! She has now gone to join her Heavenly Father, free of pain and discomfort.
She was born on June 25, 1946 in Norfolk, VA to Dr. Erskine V. Morse, DVM and Lucy H. Morse. She was a 1964 graduate of W. Lafayette High School in W. During their 44 years of marriage, they have had homes and raised their family in Virginia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Kentucky, where she still has family and many close friends today!
Betty most recently worked as a Teacher's Aid for the Anchorage Independent School Corporation in Anchorage, KY. She loved to travel, take cruise vacations, and play bunko and bridge with her neighbors and friends. Her small flower garden and her 3 cats were her pride and joys!
She is survived by her husband, Robert E. Coffman; her three sons, Patrick D. Coffman and wife Jill of Cranberry Township, PA, Christopher E. Coffman and wife Holly of Charlotte, NC, and Kevin R. Coffman and wife Kristen of Murfreesboro, TN. She was the loving Grandma, "Nonny", to her six Coffman grandchildren: Savannah, Cassidy, Tyler, Lauren, Connor and Caleb.
