Mary Cassandra Coffey was the daughter of John Bertrand Dysart, Jr. and Martha
Woods. She was married to Newton Coffey. Oddly, this death certificate reports that she was buried at Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg, but a Dysart family genealogy in Marshall County Historical Quarterly, Vol. XV, Winter 1984/85, No. 4, page 55, gives her burial place as Round Hill.
