Private graveside services for Angus H Cockrell, Sr, 90, of Hilltop Village, were held Wednesday morning at the Center Point Cemetery with Rev M Dick Lowry officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the Kerrville Funeral Home. He died Monday at Hilltop Village. Mr. Cockrell was born November 3, 1883, in Arkansas. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Leroy C Cockrell of Hunt, Angus Cockrell, Jr of San Antonio, William Cockrell of Springville, Ind., and Alford R Cockrell of Amarillo; two daughters, Mrs. Edith Di Palma of Bossier City, La., and Mrs. Frances Ford of Jefferson; one brother; seventeen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
