OBITUARY:
Services for Frances Ruth Bridges, 69, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Catoosa First Baptist Church. She died Sunday, Sept. 25, at her home following an apparent heart attack. The daughter of George and Mae Cochran, she was born Jan. 13, 1919 in Catoosa and graduated from high school here. A member of the Baptist Church, she had worked as a nurse until the time of her death. Her husband, Loy, preceded her in death. Survivors include three sons, Richard and David Williams, both of Tulsa, and Tom Williams of Catoosa and four grandchildren. Interment was in Duck Cemetery under direction of Kennard Funeral Service.
