Cobler and wife Nora Ann; daughter, JoAnne Huffman; half sisters, Dorothy Nester and Lucy Smith; grandchildren, Phillip and Deanna Cobler, Linda and Fredrick Rast, Kevin Walter Huffman; stepgrandson, Dr. Victor W. Sparrow; great-grandchildren, Justine Marie Cobler, Brittany Nichole Cobler, Derick Kirkland Rast; stepgreat-granddaughter, Robin Rast.
