JENNIFER LYNN COBLENTZ, 34, of Frederick, Md., passed away surrounded by her family and friends on Saturday, July 18, 2009, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born May 28, 1975, in Frederick, she was the daughter of George and Sandra Coblentz of Knoxville, Md.
Jennifer was a 1993 graduate of Boonsboro High School. She received an associate of arts degree from Hagerstown Community College in 1997 and she received a bachelor of science degree in nursing in May of 2000 from Shepherd College. She was previously employed with the Frederick County Health Department as a registered nurse, the Frederick Memorial Hospital as an RN and Reeders Memorial Home as a dietary aide.
In addition to her loving parents, George and Sandra, she is survived by an aunt, Mary Jane Fravel of Kearneysville, Wv; an uncle, Jerry West, of Portland, Maine; and numerous cousins.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence G. and Mary M. West and George A. and Helen E. Coblentz.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 N. Maple Ave., Brunswick, Md., on Wednesday, July 22, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at the Stauffer Funeral Home, Brunswick. Interment was in the Brownsville Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
