Kathy Faye Coble Averette, 64, a native of Garland, NC, died Tuesday. Kathy loved needlepoint and sewing, making beautiful personalized Christmas ornaments. After high school she moved to Garner NC where she enjoyed a career with the SBI, and later worked for Kerr Drugs.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
Loving daughter, wife, stepmother, friend and sister, she is survived by her parents Harvey and Evelyn Coble; brother, Darrell Coble all of Garland; spouse of 18 years, Jim Fryett; and step-children, many cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ray Averette and brother, Kenneth Coble.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner, and at other times at the home of Jeremy and Holly Fryett, 311 Star Ruby Dr. Knightdale, NC 27545
