Mary was the daughter of Archibald and Mary/Marion McGill. She was the second wife of William Clyde, son of Thomas and Ellen Clyde. Mary and William married on 16 March 1881 at Ormstown the residence of the bride's brother-in-law, Hector McNeil. William and Mary had no children. Mary was a school teacher. William is buried here, as is Mary's sister, Catherine McGill.
