Harold Edwin Clow, 81, 2114 Patterson Ave., died at 3:25 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, 1996, at St.John's Regional Medical Center after a long illness.
Mr. Clow was born July 8, 1915, at Appleton City. He had lived in Joplin the, past 20 years. He had been a sales representative for Modern Distributing Co. of Springfield for 15 years. He also had worked for Norman Electronics Co. and TeleRadio, both of Joplin.
He was a member of First Baptist Church, Joplin. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He married Lucille Joyce on April 20, 1935, in Joplin. She survives.
Additional survivors include two sons, David S. Clow, Kansas City, and Donald H. Clow, Joplin; a daughter, Connie Bogner, Denver, Colo.; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lohmeyer-Konantz Funeral Home, Lamar. The Rev. Duane Trimble will officiate. Burial will be in Lake Cemetery, Lamar.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mason-Woodard Mortuary, Joplin, and from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Lohmeyer-Konantz Funeral
Grandsons serving as pallbearers will be Christopher Bogner, Nicholas Bogner, Braden Bogner, Matthew Stephens, Trevor Keller and Scott Gordon.
Contributions may be made to St. John's Regional Medical Center's Hospice, in care of either mortuary.
