Charles "Buck" Fletcher Clough Sr. of Sudlersville, MD died Friday, June 22, 2012 at his home in Sudlersville, MD. He was 85.

Charles F. Clough Sr., was born June 8, 1927 in Sudlersville, MD the son of the late Elmer Clough and Anna "Lowman" Clough.

Mr. Clough attended Sudlersville High School and then went to work for Choptank Electric. He was then drafted into the United States Army where he served in Korea. After an honorable discharge he returned home and back to Choptank Electric where he worked for 43 years as a Line Foreman and retired in 1989.

In addition to working for Choptank Electric, Mr. Clough farmed for a majority of his life. He was a member of the Millington VFW and American Legion Frank M. Jarmin Post 36.

He enjoyed fox hunting and pony racing as well as spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Charles Fletcher Clough Jr., one brother, Nelson Herman "Dickie" Clough and two sisters, Patsy Meekins and Mary Lou Virdin.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Beulah Clough of Sudlersville, MD, one daughter, Charlene Klabe and husband Glenn of Sudlersville, MD, four grandchildren, Shane and Chase Clough and Kole and Kendall Klabe all of Sudlersville, MD, three brothers, Louis E. "Lou" Clough of Barclay, MD, Marion W. "Tootsie" Clough of Millington, MD, Cecil E. "Palsy" Clough of Camden, DE, one daughter in law, Sandy Clough of Sudlersville, MD, a special niece, Norma Woolum of Newport, KY and sister in law, Linda LePore of Marydel, MD., which whom he raised.

A visitation will be held Monday, June 25, 2012 from 6-8 pm at Fellows, Helfenbein and Newnam Funeral Home 370 Cypress St. Millington, MD.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 11am also at the funeral home.

Interment will be held in Sudlersville Cemetery in Sudlersville, MD.
