GASTONIA - Danny Gene Cloninger, 42, of Gastonia, passed away Feb.4, 2012, at his residence.
He was born July 9, 1969, in Gaston County, son of Johnsie Eliminia Crane Cloninger and the late Paul Cloninger.
A memorial service will be held 5 p.m. Tuesday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia, officiated by Lieutenants Robert Long and Wanda Long.
The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb.6 also at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by brothers of the heart: Steve Wilson and Mike Pendleton as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Assembly of God Building Fund, 777 S. Myrtle School Rd. Gastonia, NC 28052 or to Pathways, 901 S. New Hope Rd. Gastonia, NC 28054
