Alice M. Boden, 79, of Everett, Pa., died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at her home.
She was born December 22, 1030 in Sleepy Creek, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Jesse H. Clingerman and Flo I. Vann Clingerman.
On June 26, 1950 she married Robert W. Boden, who died March 1, 1957.
She is survived by three daughters, Linda J. Gaynor, Everett, Wanda J. Trail, Needmore, Pa. and E. Grace Armstrong, Hancock; one son, George F. Boden, Little Orleans, Md.; 13 grandchildren, Gary Steiner, Tammy Ferrell, Leslie Boden, Eric Trail, Tony Trail, Jenny Hoover, Kristen Jenkins, Willy Armstrong, Denise Youngblood, Heather Starliper, Amanda Zahm, Robert Boden and Steven Boden; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister, Pauline Barker, Hancock; one brother, David Clingerman, Hancock and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister Geraldine Wertman and three brothers, Jesse Clingerman, Donald Clingerman and Charles "Sonny" Clingerman.
She was of the Christan faith.
In 1967, she began working at Weaver's Restaurant in Hancock as a cook and baker.
Funeral services were held Friday, October 22, at the Fairview Christian Church with Rev. Curtis Bryant officiating. Burial at Fairview Cemetery.
Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Everett, handled the arrangements.
