Bertha Mae (Clemens) Albright, 81, of Quakertown, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008 in Grand View Hospital, Sellersville. She was the widow of the late Stanley L. Albright who died in Dec. 2007. They had celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary last June.
Born in Harleysville, she was a daughter of the late Harry B. and Bertha May Alderfer Clemens.
Mrs. Albright was a graduate of Souderton High School class of 1944 and the Grand View School of Nursing class of 1947. She continued to work at Grand View Hospital after receiving her registered nursing degree until she became a full time homemaker.
Mrs. Albright enjoyed golf, gardening, knitting and traveling.
She was survived by three sons: David, and his wife Kathy of King of Prussia; Craig of Quakertown, and Glenn, and his wife Carol of Quakertown; a daughter, Suzy Brady, and her husband Bruce Daveler of Quakertown; three grandchildren: Jen, Brian and Kevin Albright; a sister-in-law, Jean Clemens of Quakertown; a brother-in-law, Julian Hagin, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by four brothers: Homer, Alvin, Victor and Harry A. and two sisters: Mary (Clemens) Leidy and Louise (Clemens) Hagin.
