She lived in Port Huron, Marysville and then retired in Beverly Hills, Florida.
Catherine married William F. Cleaver on November 27, 1941. He preceded her in death on October 19, 1997.
She was a graduate of Port Huron High School.
Catherine worked at Chrysler Corporation in Marysville and retired from Peoples Bank in Port Huron after 19 years.
She enjoyed listening to gospel music while knitting and crocheting and loved spending time with her family especially her 15 great-grandchildren.
Catherine is survived by her son, James (Sue) Cleaver of St. Johns, MI; daughter, Barbara Blanchard of Marysville; grandchildren, Janie (Gene) Goyette, William (Jennifer) Cleaver, Timothy (Christine) Cleaver, Scott (Paula) Blanchard, Thomas (Vikki) Blanchard, Ryan (Stephanie) Cleaver and 15 great-grandchildren. Sister, Karen (Earl) Hendrickson.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Benjamin Losie and sister Mabel Matthews.
Memorial Mass will be 11 am. Friday in St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Rev. Brian K. Cokonougher will officiate.
Visitation and fellowship will take place immediately following services in St. Joseph School Cafeteria
