Born May 3, 1890, Spanish Fork, to Thomas W. and Truelove Mellor Smith. Lived in Payson, then Orem since 1945. Married to George William Stanton March 13, 1912, Payson. He died September 4, 1942. Married to Don C. Clayton Feb. 2, 1945, Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Active member Orem Third Ward.
