Billie Jo Clarke, 68, of California, Md., formerly of Pine Bluff, died Friday at her son's home.
She was born Aug. 13, 1936, at Pine Bluff, a daughter of Ola G. Wooley Allen of Warren, Ark., and the late Benny F. Allen.
She was a secretary for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Howard Clarke.
Survivors include one son, Ronnie G. Clarke of California; one daughter, Robin Renee Deibler of Virginia Beach, Va.; and one grandchild.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Oakland Cemetery at Warren. Arrangements are by Frazer's Funeral Home at Warren.

Born August 13, 1936 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas she was the daughter of Ola G. Wooley Allen of Warren, Arkansas and the late Benny F. Allen.
She is survived by a son, Ronnie G. Clarke of California, MD, a daughter, Robin Renee Deibler of Virginia Beach, VA and one grandchild. A son Howard Clarke also preceded her in death.
Family and friends were received on Saturday, March 26, 2005 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD with a prayer service offered at 5:00 p.m. with the Reverend Ray Schmidt, pastor of St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church, Hollywood, MD officiating.
Interment will be in the Oakland Cemetery, Warren, Arkansas on Wednesday, March 30th
