To this union was born four children: Irma Darlene, Glen Dewaine, Myron, and Albert Earl. The later divorced.
Myron remarried, Rose Pearl (Hodges) Leavitt.
Myron L. "Mina" Clark Dies
Retired Coal Miner, 65, was life-long resident of this vicinity.
Myron L. (Mina) Clark 65, resident of the Pittsburg vicinity all his life, died at 8:40 o'clock this morning at Mt. Carmel hospital following an illness of one and a half years.
Born July 3, 1877 three and one half miles southwest of Pittsburg, Mr. Clark had always maintained his home in this district. He worked in the coal mines until 1926 and the following year moved on a farm four miles northwest of Pittsburg in the Lone Oak district. He retired a year and a half ago when he first became ill. The home at the time of his death was on Pittsburg R.R. 2.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Rose P. Clark; a daughter Mrs. Irma Swain of Tulsa; three sons, G.D. Clark of Pittsburg R. R. 1, William F. Clark of Kansas City and A. E. Clark of Noel, Missouri; a step-daughter, Mrs. Alice Myers of Omaha; a nephew Louis H. Curtis 702 West Kansas; a brother, Fred Clark of Lansing; seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete, but rites probably will be Thursday afternoon at the Brenner chapel with Rev. Clyde J. Askins officiating. Internment will be in the Crocker Cemetery. The body is at the Brenner chapel.
