Alpine, Utah -- Funeral services for Bertha Strong Clark, 68, of Alpine, who died Saturday in the American Fork Hospital, will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Alpine Second Ward Chapel.
Friends may call at the Anderson and Sons Mortuary in American Fork Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday at the ward chapel one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Alpine City Cemetery.
Mrs. Clark was born Jan. 10, 1904 in Alpine to Frank D. and Annie Elizabeth Titcomb Strong. She married Warren V. Clark on Sept. 20, 1922 in the Salt Lake Temple and he died May 9, 1955.
Mrs. Clark was past president of the Alpine Ward Primary. She was a Relief Society visiting teacher for many years. She was an election judge and voting registrar. She was in the Singing Mothers choir for over 10 years.
Survivors include one son and two daughters: Dan W. Clark, Orem, Utah; Mrs. Darrell (Beverly) Rhodes, American Fork, Utah and Mrs. George (Bessie) Rasmussen, Alpine, Utah; 17 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; one brother and two sisters, Mrs. Hugh W. (Alene) Petersen, Provo; LeRoy Strong and Mrs. May Wilson, both of Salt Lake City.
