Mr. Clark was born in Mantua and lived in Wenonah for 50 years before moving to Mullica Hill a year ago. He retired after 35 years as a storehouse clerk for Mobil Oil Corp. in Paulsboro. He formerly belonged to the Mantua Fire Company and was a life member of the Wenonah Fire Company. An Army veteran of World War II, Mr. Clark was former commander of the Arthur Holton American Legion Post in Wenonah.
Survivors: his wife, Ethel Titus Clark ; three sons, Howard E. Jr. of Monroeville, Raymond W. of National Park and Russell H. of Paulsboro; two daughters, Barbara J. Neubert of Vienna, Mo., and Sara A. Massimino of Ewan; 12 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Services: funeral, 10 a.m. today, Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Mantua; burial, Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
