Mrs. Joseph Addison, wife of the Baltimore and Washington Attorney, died unexpectedly last night at her home, Cedar Hill, in Bowie, Md., of heart trouble.
Born in 1886, Mrs. Addison was the former Marguerite Waring Clagett, daughter of the late Maryland State Senator William B. Clagett and Mrs. Katherine Duckett Clagett. She attended the Hannah More Acedemy in Baltimore County.
Mrs. Addison was a member of the Holy Trinity Parish, Collington, Md., the Mount Vernon Club of Baltimore and the Forest Garden Club of Prince George's County, Md.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Addison is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Katherine Duckett Johnson, of Mountclair, N.J. and two sons, Joseph Addison, Jr., of 3417 O St. NW., and William B. Addison of the Bowie, Md., address.
