CLEVELAND, SC - David O. Cisson, 57, husband of Linda Redding Cisson, of 1805 Moody Bridge Road, Cleveland, died Saturday, May 3, 2008, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Greenville County, S.C., he was a son of Oliver Monroe Cisson and the late Margie Wardlaw Cisson. Mr. Cisson was a self-employed truck driver and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife and father are, two sons, Allen Cisson and Scott Redding, both of Cleveland; two daughters, Sherry Denise Cisson, Cleveland, and Sheila Fortescue, Simpsonville; one brother, Ernest Cisson; and one sister, Ovaleen Edens, both of Cleveland; seven grandchildren, Haley, Shawn and Isaac Fortescue, Jeffrey Phillips, Casey Elrod, Nikole and Kaitlyn Cisson.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2008, in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home, with Reverend W. T. Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6 until 8 p.m. Monday, May 5, 2008, at Dillard Funeral Home.
The family is at the home.
