CHURCH, Marshall E., age 56, of 1236 Undine St., passed away Mon., April 8th (1985) in New Zealand. He leaves to survive his wife Dolores Church of Bellingham, 2 sons Steve Church & Kenneth Church of Bellingham, his mother Hazel Church of Bellingham, 1 brother Richard Church of California; 5 sisters, Helen Pilkey & Deloris Perry both of Bellingham, Shirley Imbleau of Alger, Charlotte VanMeer of Vancouver BC. & Edna Erickson of Montana. Memorials may be made to the Wash. State Heart Fund. Mr. Church had been a resident of Bellingham for the past 46 years & was retired from the U.S. Post Office after 36 years of service. He was owner & operator of Church Trailer Sales for 23 years & a veteran of WWII. He was a member of the Advent Christian Church, Western Square Dance Club & Walley Buymm Caravan Club. Funeral services will be held Thursday April 18, at 3 PM in Jerns LeVeck Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow in Bayview Cemetery. [. . . died Monday in Auckland, New Zealand, while on a tour. Mr. Church had a massive heart attack and died in a hospital, said a son, Steven Church of Bellingham.
