Shot and killed by Parry Humphreys as
he came out the gate of his property in
buggy with his 14 year old son, Henry.
After a lengthy trial, Humphreys was
acquitted of murder. The shooting &
killing of Theophilus was a result of
a long ongoing feud between the
Humphrey family & Theophilus.
