Mrs. Ed Kellington. aged thirty six, wife of the senior partner in the Kellington and Dieckhoff store, died at the Decatur and Macon county hospital at 11:15 o'clock Saturday
night. Death was due to typhoid fever from which Mrs. Kellington had been suffering for the past seven weeks.
Mrs. Kellington had been in poor health for some time. Recently she spent some time in Florida in the hope of getting some benefit. On her return she contracted typhoid, the source of which is unknown. She made a brave fight against the disease until her death.
IN DECATUR ALL LIFE.
Mrs. Kellington was born on a farm near Decatur and lived In this city practically all her life. She had many friends and was loved and respected by all who knew her. Besides her husband, she leaves a little daughter, Evelyn Jeannette, aged four years. She also leaves the following
sisters and brothers: Mrs. J. T. Patterson and Mrs. David Patterson, Jr., of Decatur; Mrs. I.C. Evans of Chestnut; R.A. Christison of Decatur and C.C. Christison of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by her father, Alfred Christison of Chestnut.
