She came to the United States 50 years ago and was married to Niels H. Christensen February 24, 1906 at Astor, Iowa. She was a lifetime member of the Lutheran church.
Surviving are her husband, one daughter, Mrs Alice (Sivett) Jensen of Manilla and three grandsons.
Funeral services were held at the Immanuel Lutheran church Saturday, December 4 with the Rev. Lyle Paulsen and Pastor A. Chr. Itse officiating. Pauley's funeral home was in charge. Burial was in the Harlan cemetery.
Pallbearers were Elmer Larsen, Henry Robertson, Clarence Petersen, Herman Nielsen, Lawrence Andersen and Andrew Sondergaard.
