Charlotte was a daughter of Lillie and Ephraim Campbell; Lillie mar. Jones P. Montgomery, after death of Ephraim, and Jones P. raised her two children, Charlotte and her sister, Oma. Charlotte married Clifton Chisum in Hughes Co. They had four children:
Twin daughters, Lorena and Alleyna (named for Clifton's sisters), and sons, Grady and Darwin L.
Clifton preceded her in death in 1935. Later, she moved to Holdenville to work and be near her sister.
