David Francis Chinn Sr., 74, of Annapolis died Sept. 24 at Berkeley Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in West Virginia.
Mr. Chinn was born July 24, 1934, in Detroit, Mich., to the late Frank Hosking and Mary Elizabeth Butterfield Chinn.
He was preceded in death by one son, Frank E. Chinn; and one grandson.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Mary Baker Chinn; one son, David Chinn II; five daughters, Victoria Bigelow, Edith Walker, Grace Wilson and Pamela and Mary Chinn; one brother, Richard T. Chinn; and 11 grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Ave. in Baltimore. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the funeral home, and interment will be in Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
