Ashley Hallen-Rae Chick, 12, Norman, Okla., and formerly of Columbia, died Thursday, Sept. 23, 1999, at Norman Regional Hospital. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, at First Baptist Church in Norman with Rev. Mike Keith officiating. A Columbia visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, at Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in Columbia.
Ms. Chick was born Oct 23, 1986, in Columbia and was attending a middle school in Oklahoma.
She is survived by her parents, Ernest R. and Cynde Schwartz Chick of Norman, and her three brothers, Zachary Musselman of Norman, and Patrick Chick and Michael Chick, both of Columbia.
Donations may be made in Chick's name to the Oklahoma Children's Hospital Kidney Camp.
