ROCKFORD - Dansel Chesnut Donnelly, 90, of Rockford died at 1:53 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, 2001, in SwedishAmerican Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born Dec. 30, 1910, in Dundas, the daughter of Elzie and Ina Chesnut. Married Bernard Donnelly in 1940 he died in 1957.
She was employed as a cook at Bowl-Mor Lanes for more than ten years.
Survivors include sons, Bernard "Jack" Donnelly and Carl Rex Donnelly, both of California grandchildren, Sharon Greer and David Patrick Donnelly three great-grandchildren sister-in-law, Bertha Chesnut of Davis Junction several nieces and nephews including special niece and nephew, Denise Falk of Carpentersville and Terry Chesnut of Rockford.
Also predeceased by parents and five brothers.
Graveside service at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, in Honey Cemetery, Bogota, Ill., with the Rev. Morris Chesnut officiating.
