Charles Cheever age about 31, died Monday at the home of Alvah Cooper in Greenwood county. He had been working some months for C.E. Hibbard. He went to Fredonia Saturday, and Sunday night he returned by way of Fall River, walking from there to the Cooper home in the early morning hours. That morning he took a dose of strychnine with suicide intent and was dead probably in 15 minutes after. At this writing there is no known reason for his act. He was buried yesterday in the Toronto cemetery.
