Passed away peacefully at home in West Sacramento on Friday, October 3, 2003 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of the late Naomi Cheechov. Loving father of Walt (Liz) Cheechov, Cynthia (Dan) Lamar, Dave (Shelley) Cheechov, and Vicki (Gordon) Seros. Dear brother of William Cheechov, and brother-in-law of Russell and Polly Karsten. Devoted grandfather of 10, and great-grandfather of one. Dad loved his dog Kid, as she was trulyand a navy veteran of WWII. He was a native of San Francisco, and 53-year resident of West Sacramento. Friends are invited to attend Memorial Services on Saturday, October 11, 2003 at 11:00 AM in the River Cities Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the SPCA of choice.
