Rose was a native of Pittsfield and was the daughter of Louis and Laura Chagnon. She was the widow of Coy Aldrich. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and she was a member of the Red Hat Ladies while living in Florida.
She is survived by her daughter Shirley R. Chappell and her husband Franklin of Hertford, NC. And her son Joseph J. Reardon and his wife Tina of Virginia Beach. Six Grandchildren , one deceased, seventeen Great Grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
She also leaves a sister Theresa Green and husband Charles of Moultonboro and was predeceased by 2 sisters, Beatrice Stock and Helen Valtka. She was also predeceased by 4 brothers, Roland Shonyo, Edward Chagnon, Wilfred Chagnon, and Leon Chagnon.
