Carlos was born Nov 4, 1934 in Nuevo Leon Mexico. His parents were Sebastian and Andrea (Martinez) Celestino. He married Theresa Ramon on August 28, 1953. He was a member of St John's Catholic Church in Defiance, Ohio. He retired from General Motor after working there for 28 years. Theresa and Carlos had nine children: Carlos Jr, of Arlington VA, Irene Flores of San Antonia, TX, Richard and Rudy of Defiance, OH, Henry of Saginaw, MI, Julia and David of Toledo, OH, Raquel Korty of Chester, VA and Joseph of Austin, TX. Carlos of had 4 sisters in Monterrey Mexico, Maria, Jesus, Socorro & Juanita and 3 brother, Juan, Jose of Monterrey, Mexico and Miquel of San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded death by his sister Justa Celestino and his beloved wife, Theresa.
