Delbert Durwocd Cayce Jr., 68, member of a prominent Hopkinsville family, died at 11 a, m today at Jennie Stuart llospital after an illness of more than a year.

Mr. Cayce, of S. Main St., formerly was associated with the Cayce - Yost Co. here and then operated his own hardware business on Main Street for several years. At the time of his death
he was connected with the Gordon Cayce Co.

Mr. Cayce was born Oct. 16, 1893 in Christian County, the son of Delbert Durwood Cayce
and Rebecca Dillman Cayce. He was educated in the local school system.

Mr. Cayce was a member of First Christian Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Sherman, Plattsburgh, N. Y.; two brothers, Gordon and K. O. Cayce, both of the city: two sisters, Miss Bertha Cayce, of the city, and Mrs. Wesley Dalton, Pittsburgh, Pa.; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers: Kenneth Cayce Jr., D. D. Cayce III, Granville Cayce, Stephen White, James Lewis, Dennis Garrott, and John Blane.
