Ila Mae Causey,80

Ila Mae Causey,80, died Monday, April 12, at Tattnall Memorial Hospital. The Tattnall County native had lived in Glennville most of her life. She was employed in the textile industry for many years. She was a homemaker and a member of Love's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Janet Causey Baker of Glennville; two sons, Bill C. Causey of Savannah and Sam Causey of Louisiana; one sister, Irene Durrence of Claxton; one brother, Harold Dasher of Glennville; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, at Love's Chapel in Glennville, with Elder W.H. Durrence. Burial was in the Beard's Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Michael Dasher, Wayne Durrence, Edward Dasher, Gene Dasher, Hal Dasher, and R.L. Dasher.

Carter Funeral Chapel of Glennville was in charge of arrangements.
