Bonnie was born in Bloomer, Arkansas. She had been a Dumas resident since January 12, 1946. She met and eventually married Aaron Batman on November 05, 1945 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Bonnie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dumas. She worked for Moore County in the district and county clerk offices in the 1960's. She and Aaron made several mission trips overseas with World Evangelism. She served in the WAAC during World War II. She was owner and operator of a real estate company.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Jack and Pete Caton.
Survivors include: her husband; a son Steve Batman and wife JoAnne of Dumas; three sisters Dorthy Jean Graham of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Grace Hall of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Mildred Stillwell of Barling, Arkansas; a brother Grady Caton of Inola, Oklahoma; a grandaughter Heather Goodwin and husband Greg; a greatgrandson Joathan Goodwin; and several nieces and nephews.
