Patsy Ruth (Castor) Arnold Patsy Ruth (Castor) Arnold, 78, of Lompoc, California, passed away Monday, November 24, 2014. Patsy was born in Seminole, Oklahoma in 1936, and graduated from Tulare Union High School in Tulare, CA. Patsy Arnold is survived by her husband, Jackie R. Arnold, retired USAF MSGT, of Lompoc, CA, three children, Jeri Albrecht and Steven Arnold, both of Arroyo Grande, CA, and Paula Hubbard of Santa Maria, CA; by her brother, Jerry Castor of Tulare, CA, and her sister, Eloise Chambers, of Porterville, CA; by five grandchildren, Jessica Carnegie of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Heather Albrecht of Arroyo Grande, CA, Breanna Gonzalez of Rialto, CA, Jared and Kendra Hubbard, both of Santa Maria, CA; by four great-grandchildren, Delaney and Ashlyn Carnegie, Jayden and Kaylee Gonzalez, and by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph and Vestal Castor of Tulare, CA and by her nephew and niece, Randy and Shelly Castor. A memorial service will be held at the Gospel Lighthouse in Arroyo Grande, California, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2014. A private burial will be in the Arroyo Grande Cemetery.
