Mrs. Batchelor had resided in Springfield since 1927 when she came to Springfield from Malden, Mo.
She was a member of the Rebeekah Triple Link No. 166 and the Washington Street Mission.
Surviving are her husband, George; sons, George Robert, and Marion Francis; daughters, Shirley Lee, Laura Mae and Mildred Joann; brothers, John B. Castleman and Payton Castleman of Danville; and a sister, Mrs. Laura Ferguson, Malden, Mo.
Services were at the Bisch Memorial funeral home.
Burial was in Roselawn cemetery.
